Ternary Council
The Ternary is comprised of three aides to the ruling Noble: the Steward, the Justicar and the Emissary. They must be nobles and not in a position of rule.
The Steward looks after the practical day-to-day matters of the realm. Is there enough food? How are our finances?
The Justicar looks after the security of the fealty. Are there any threats internal or external? Are the armies well-trained and large enough? How well are our knights regarded?
The Emissary ensures we are well-regarded within the Empire. Are there opportunities for trade? Does the Emperor know our needs?
