Council of Dragons

The ruling elite of Sedara. Note, any member of the Council will add the Crown to their own sigil for their personal arms.

The Empress holds the most potent position in the Council of Dragons, but her authority is rivaled by that of the High Draconis, who commands the obedience of the Lesser Draconae. In this powerful institution that wields authority across the land with ease, each council member represents significant regions of the Empire of Sedara, leading their people, and either displaying grace or brutality depending on the situation. Alongside the queens who rule their respective domains and a fearsome king who maintains strict control over his territory, the Council ranks among the most formidable in the empire's tumultuous history.
